Oklahoma Summit Registration 2024
The ACTE-OkACTE membership and Oklahoma Summit registration system is now open and ready for all employees to register.
Please remember, ALL full-time employees, regardless of whether they are attending Summit or not, will complete the membership registration process.
Support Staff verify with your director if you are attending Oklahoma Summit; if you aren’t attending you are responsible for signing up for OkACTE membership. Click the link below to begin registration:

Registration needs to be completed by May 31, 2024. PLEASE KEEP A COPY OF YOUR RECEIPT.
Please remember, documentation of attendance at Oklahoma Summit will be required, and Kiamichi Tech policy states that if the organization pays a registration for an event you do not attend, you are responsible for reimbursing the registration fee. Any changes to Summit registration must be made by July 1.
Registration Instructions for OKACTE Fall Summit
Step 1: Visit the Registration Website
Access the Website: Navigate to the OKACTE Fall Summit registration page.
Account Access: Log into your OKACTE account or create a new account if this is your first year.
Step 2: Registration Timeline and Initial Pop-Up
Pop-Up Message: A message will appear informing you that registration will open on May 1, 2024, at 1:00 pm and close on July 24, 2024, at 5:00 pm. It will reopen on July 31, 2024, at 12:00 pm.
Badge Pickup: Attendees who register starting from July 31, 2024, must pick up their badge at the onsite registration desk.
Click Continue
Step 3: PAC Contribution
Selection: Choose whether to contribute to the PAC (Political Action Committee).
If "No" is selected, then click continue on the right side of the screen.
If "Yes" is selected, you will need to provide a signature to agree to the terms and type your full name in the provided box.
Note: Kiamichi Tech does not cover any PAC contributions.
Step 4: Division Selection
Primary Division: All attendees must select a division based on their position.
Additional Division: If you choose to add an additional division, reply “yes” and select the additional division on the next page.
Step 5: Optional ACTE Only Division Page
Navigation: This page appears if an additional division is selected. If no extra division is needed, click "Continue" to proceed to the next page.
Step 6: Membership Registration
Requirement: Even if not attending the Summit, registration as a member is required. Select "yes" to proceed.
Step 7: Summit Registration Rates
Conference Registration: Select "yes" to proceed if you will be attending Summit. If you are not select “No”.
Early Bird Rate: Members will see a rate of $75.00 before July 12; after this date, the cost will be $100.
Non-Member Rate: Non-members will see a rate of $250.00 before July 12; after this date, the cost increases to $275.
Step 8: Division Membership Dues
Dues Information: The dues for the previously selected division will be displayed here. Example provided for BMITE.
Step 9: Support and Conference Registration
Support Staff: If "Support Staff" division is selected first and then another division, National ACTE dues ($80) will be included.
Conference Division: The registration cost for the selected conference division will appear here. Additional conference items may be selected at this time.
Step 10: Optional Memberships and Contributions
Final Step: Invoice or Registration Summary
Completion: The final page will be an Invoice or a "2024 Registration Summary" page.
Printing Option: Print or save this page for your records and log out.
