What is a Performance Excellence Plan?

The Kiamichi Tech Performance Excellence Plan is our school improvement model that aligns with our internal performance improvement system.  The Performance Excellence Plan clarifies how our core values, organizational culture, strategic plan, and performance intersect. In short, when all moving parts of the plan are working in unison, we are able to successfully fulfill our mission and vision.
