How To Track
Documentation Process
Once you have signed up for Level Up, you will be added to the Level Up Microsoft Teams account.
Step 1: Track your points on the live spreadsheet in Teams. This can be done at any time.
Step 2: Attach required files for documentation using the JotForm link in Teams. These files go ONLY to Jessica Dill, they are not accessible by anyone else. Hold on to your files and submit them all at one time, at the end of the year.
All points must be tracked and documented by the program participant and submitted by April 30, 2024 to receive participation incentive for the 2023-2024 year.
